Our client purchased a site just 3 miles from the centre of Enniskillen beside a water treatment works facility on the edge of the Ballycassidy river, which runs on into Lower Lough Erne. They were keen to have a large two storey house that respected the treelined, secluded site and one that made the most of its proximity to the wide water course. Careful positioning of glazing, the use of timber cladding and the siting of the house were all geared towards the integration of the building in to this special location and the maximising of the extensive private area to the south.
